Welcome to objectofinterest. The idea of this site is to provide some basic additional information for my customers, and short articles that may be useful to anyone interested in old books or prints: for example, the different types of print, the methods of book production, and short biographies of notable craftsmen or artists. Where possible I intend to reference useful sources, on and offline. I am only at the beginning of this project, so matter will be added as seems appropriate. I hope you will find something here of use, or merely of interest.
